Account & Profile

How do I create a FlexClass account?

Click "Get started" or "Join for Free" on the homepage, then sign up with your email address. You'll receive a verification code to confirm your account.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to set a new password.

How do I update my profile information?

Sign in, click your profile avatar in the top-right corner, and select "My Profile". From there you can update your name and change your password.

Live Classes & Batches

How do I join a live batch?

Browse available batches under "Live Classes", select one that matches your subject, and follow the enrollment steps. Once enrolled, the batch will appear under "My Batches" on your dashboard.

What if I miss a live class?

Recorded sessions are made available to enrolled students so you can catch up at your own pace.

Can I access classes on mobile?

Yes. FlexClass works on any modern browser, including mobile devices, so you can join live sessions and watch recordings on the go.

Courses & Content

How do I track my progress?

Your enrolled courses and progress are available from your dashboard, where you can see completed sections and pick up where you left off.

Are course materials downloadable?

Availability of downloadable materials depends on the course and is set by the instructor.
