You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

FlexClass is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not share your account with others or resell access to courses or live batches.

You must be old enough to use online learning platforms in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

When you enroll in a course or live batch, you receive access to the related content for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of FlexClass, including specific courses or batches, with reasonable notice where possible.

Fees for courses and live batches are shown before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, available through the Help Centre. Please contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

All course materials, recordings, and other content provided through FlexClass are owned by FlexClass or its instructors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission.

You agree not to use FlexClass for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt the platform, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

Abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward instructors or other students during live classes or in any communication channel is not permitted and may result in suspension of your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access to FlexClass if you violate these Terms of Use. You may also stop using FlexClass at any time.

FlexClass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable content, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexClass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of FlexClass after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
